Approach

We take one house at a time.

Most builders run several jobs at once and rotate crews between them. We don't. One project has our full attention from the first drawing to the last punch-list item, which is why we take on four or five houses a year rather than twenty.

It costs more in overhead and it means a waiting list. It also means the person who answers your call has been on your site that week.

How a house happens

Three phases
Phase 01

Drawings and numbers

We work alongside your architect, or draw it ourselves. You get a real budget before anything is ordered — not a range that moves.

Phase 02

Build

Our own carpenters frame and finish. Weekly photographs, a running cost sheet, and a number you can call that is answered by someone on site.

Phase 03

Handover

A full walk-through, every manual and warranty in one binder, and a year of callbacks included. We come back because we live here too.
